Cancellation policy
Cancellations can be made by clicking on the link in your confirmation email or calling 715-634-ROAM (7626).

Campsite cancellations received 14 days or more in advance of the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund. Campsite cancellations received within 7-14 days of the scheduled arrival date will receive a 50% refund. Campsite cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable.

Cabin cancellations received 14 days or more in advance of the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund. Cabin cancellations received within 7-14 days of the scheduled arrival date will receive a 50% refund. Cabin cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable. Group cabin bookings (multiple cabins booked in a single reservation) cancelled within 30 days are non-refundable.

We DO NOT charge extra booking fees for online reservations. You pay only the price of a campsite or cabin plus applicable taxes. That's it. No surprises at checkout.

Pets are not allowed in the cabins.
